About the Merge PDF tool

The Merge PDF tool helps you combine separate PDF documents into a single file. This is useful when paperwork is received in parts, such as an invoice plus supporting receipts, a quotation plus terms, or HR documents that need to be sent as one attachment. Instead of sending several files, you can prepare one organized PDF.

What this tool does

You can select multiple PDF files, review the selected list and generate a merged output. The tool is useful for document bundling and simple office workflows where the content already exists and only needs to be combined. It does not rewrite or redesign the original pages; it joins the selected PDFs in the chosen order.

How to use this tool

1. Click the upload area and select the PDF files you want to merge.
2. Check the file list and make sure the order is correct.
3. Remove any file that should not be included.
4. Click the merge button to create one combined PDF.
5. Download and review the merged file before sharing it.

Privacy and file safety

Limitations

Encrypted, password-protected, corrupted or very large PDF files may fail or take longer to process. The merge tool does not compress, edit, translate or verify document content. It only combines pages from the uploaded PDFs.
